
How we will work together
All of my initial consultations are free of charge. We will discuss openly the current situation, whether you require specific support, whether you have very little HR in place or whether you are more established and want to change your ways of working. We can make a plan. Once we have had our initial meeting I should be in a place to suggest a plan moving forward and I will quote with the detail of the work. From there it is your choice to use my services and we can hopefully get dates booked in.
If you have more urgent and time sensitive needs like Employment tribunal claims or ER issues I will do my best to be available immediately for support.
HR Set up
This is a one off fee for support to get your business up and running. Including documents like, key people policies, contracts, offer letters, onboarding checklists and other admin that you will be able to use longer term.
Projects
This could be for an interim period normally on a daily rate. Supporting or leading people projects. Whether this is wide spread change, restructures or introducing new ways of working. We will discuss your requirements and I will advise on the plan where required.
Core HR Support
Monthly fee.
This could include:
Access to HR advice and support when required.
Annual legislation review
Regular check in and meetings each month.
On call HR
If you want to keep to ad hoc use but still have someone available as needed. You can choose to pay as you go for any support.
Comprehensive Support
Strategic Business Partnering support.
Through growth or restructuring
All aspects in Core HR
Support with your strategic HR plans aligned with your core business plans.
Allow you to continue with your growth knowing that people are engaged.
HR Health Check
This can also be a one off service, where I will check your current paperwork, contracts, policies, working practices and processes for compliance and help you future prove.
